Terms and Conditions
1. Organiser
This Suzuki “Test Drive & Be Rewarded” Promotion and Suzuki Lucky Draw Promotion (collectively, the “Promotion”) are organised by Champion Motors (1975) Pte Ltd (the “Organiser”).

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion consists of two components with different qualifying periods:
(a) Test Drive & Be Rewarded
Valid for customers who test drive and purchase an eligible vehicle on or before 10 May 2026, 11:59 PM.
(b) Lucky Draw Promotion
Runs from 5 March 2026 to 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive).

Only eligible test drives, purchases, collections, and registrations completed within the applicable periods will qualify.

3. Eligibility
3.1 Test Drive & Be Rewarded
The Promotion is open to customers who:
(a) test drive an eligible Suzuki vehicle; and
(b) proceed to purchase the same eligible vehicle on or before 10 May 2026, 11:59 PM.
Eligible models:

  • Suzuki Fronx
  • Suzuki e VITARA

Each eligible customer is entitled to one (1) reward corresponding to the model purchased.

3.2 Lucky Draw Promotion
The Promotion is open to customers who purchase a new Suzuki vehicle from the Organiser during the Promotion Period.
To qualify:
(a) the vehicle must be purchased between 5 March 2026 and 30 September 2026;
(b) the vehicle must be successfully registered on or before 30 September 2026; and
(c) the purchase must be completed in full in accordance with the Organiser’s requirements.
Each eligible purchase of one (1) new Suzuki vehicle entitles the purchaser to:

  • One (1) entry into the Lucky Draw; or
  • Two (2) entries into the Lucky Draw if the purchase is made during either of the following roadshows:
    (i) VivoCity Roadshow (16 March to 22 March 2026);
    (ii) Bukit Panjang Plaza Roadshow (4 May to 10 May 2026).
    All new Suzuki models sold by the Organiser are eligible for the Lucky Draw.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to request supporting documents where necessary.

4. Promotion Rewards and Prize
4.1 Test Drive & Be Rewarded Rewards

  • Suzuki e VITARA:
    Lifetime Battery Warranty and Lifetime Free Servicing
    (“Lifetime” refers to a maximum validity period of 10 years, subject to applicable terms and conditions)
  • Suzuki Fronx:
    $1,000 Petrol Credits


4.2 Lucky Draw Prize

  • One (1) winner will be selected.
  • The winner will receive a refund of the vehicle purchase price paid for the eligible vehicle, excluding the Certificate of Entitlement (“COE”).

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include:
(a) COE;
(b) insurance premiums;
(c) road tax;
(d) accessories or add-ons;
(e) registration or administrative fees;
(f) financing charges or interest;
(g) any other costs or expenses relating to the vehicle; and
(h) any other promotional gifts, items, or benefits.

5. Lucky Draw Details
The Lucky Draw will be conducted on a date, time, and venue to be determined by the Organiser.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6. Fulfilment of Rewards and Prize

  • Rewards under the Test Drive & Be Rewarded Promotion will be provided upon successful delivery of the purchased vehicle.
  • The Lucky Draw Prize will be processed upon confirmation of the winner’s eligibility.

Where the vehicle is purchased under a financing arrangement, the Organiser reserves the right to apply the Prize toward the outstanding financed amount first, with any remaining balance handled accordingly.
All rewards and prizes are:
(a) non-transferable;
(b) not exchangeable for cash or other benefits (unless expressly stated otherwise); and
(c) applicable only to the eligible purchaser of the vehicle.

 

7. Cancellation / Ineligibility
A participant shall not be eligible for the Promotion, and any entry or entitlement may be withdrawn or disqualified, if:
(a) the vehicle purchase is cancelled, terminated, or not completed for any reason;
(b) the required timelines are not met;
(c) any information provided is false, inaccurate, or incomplete; or
(d) the participant fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

If a winner is found to be ineligible or is disqualified, the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select a replacement winner.

8. Winner Notification and Publicity
The winner will be notified using the contact details provided to the Organiser.
If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, fails to provide required information, or is found to be ineligible, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the Prize and select a replacement winner.
The Organiser may announce and publicise the winner on its official channels, including its website and social media platforms.

9. Personal Data
By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the Organiser collecting, using, disclosing, and processing your personal data for purposes including:
(a) administering the Promotion;
(b) verifying eligibility;
(c) contacting you;
(d) announcing and publicising the winner; and
(e) complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that all personal data provided is accurate and complete.

10. General
The Organiser reserves the right to:
(a) verify participant eligibility and disqualify any non-compliant participant;
(b) amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or vary these Terms and Conditions at its discretion; and
(c) make final decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion.
All decisions made by the Organiser are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from or in connection with the Promotion.
