Terms and Conditions
1. Organiser
This Suzuki Lucky Draw Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Champion Motors (1975) Pte Ltd (“Organiser”).

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion will run from 5 March 2026 to 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
Only eligible purchases made during the Promotion Period will qualify for entry into the Lucky Draw.

3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to customers who purchase a new Suzuki vehicle from the Organiser during the Promotion Period.

To qualify for the Lucky Draw:
(a) the customer must have purchased an eligible new Suzuki vehicle during the Promotion Period;
(b) the vehicle must be collected between 5 March 2026 and 17 June 2026; and
(c) the vehicle must be successfully registered on or before 30 June 2026.

All new Suzuki models sold by the Organiser are eligible for this Promotion.

Each eligible purchase of one (1) new Suzuki vehicle during the Promotion Period entitles the purchaser to one (1) entryinto the Lucky Draw.

Each eligible purchase of one (1) new Suzuki vehicle made during the VivoCity Roadshow from 16 March to 22 March 2026 entitles the purchaser to two (2) entries into the Lucky Draw.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to request supporting documents or information for such verification.

4. Prize
There will be one (1) winner in the Lucky Draw.

The winner will receive a refund of the vehicle purchase price paid for the eligible vehicle, excluding the Certificate of Entitlement (“COE”) (“Prize”).

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include and no refund will be made in respect of:
(a) COE;
(b) insurance premiums;
(c) road tax;
(d) accessories or add-ons;
(e) registration fees;
(f) administrative fees;
(g) financing charges or interest; and
(h) any other fees, charges, costs or expenses relating to the purchase, financing, registration, ownership or use of the vehicle.
(i) any other promotional gifts, items, or benefits offered by the Organiser.

5. Lucky Draw Details
The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 10 July 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Suzuki Showroom located at 7 Chang Charn Road, Singapore 159636, or at such other date, time, or venue as the Organiser may determine.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6. Prize Fulfilment
Upon confirmation of the winner’s eligibility, the Organiser will arrange for the Prize to be processed.

The Organiser may issue a credit note and/or process the refund in such manner as it considers appropriate, subject always to these Terms and Conditions.

Where the eligible vehicle was purchased under any financing arrangement, the Organiser may apply the Prize toward the outstanding financed amount relating to the vehicle first, and any remaining balance shall be dealt with in accordance with the applicable payment and financing arrangements.

The Prize is:
(a) non-transferable;
(b) not exchangeable for cash or any other benefit, except as expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions; and
(c) available only to the eligible purchaser of the relevant vehicle.

7. Cancellation / Ineligibility
A participant shall not be eligible for the Promotion, and any entry may be withdrawn or disqualified, if:
(a) the vehicle order is cancelled, rescinded, terminated, or not completed for any reason before the Lucky Draw;
(b) the vehicle is not collected by  17 June 2026;
(c) the vehicle is not successfully registered on or before 30 June 2026;
(d) any information provided by the participant is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete; or
(e) the participant otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

If the winner is found to be ineligible or disqualified after the draw, the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select a replacement winner.

8. Winner Notification and Announcement
The winner will be notified using the contact details provided to the Organiser at the time of purchase and/or in this form.

If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period determined by the Organiser, fails to provide any required information or documents, or is found to be ineligible, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the Prize and select a replacement winner.

The Organiser may announce the winner on its official channels, including its website and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

9. Personal Data
By submitting this form and participating in the Promotion, you consent to the Organiser collecting, using, disclosing and otherwise processing your personal data for the purposes of:
(a) administering the Promotion;
(b) verifying your identity and eligibility;
(c) contacting you in relation to the Promotion;
(d) announcing and publicising the winner; and
(e) complying with legal and regulatory requirements.

Please ensure that all personal data provided is accurate and complete.

10. General
The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, postpone or terminate the Promotion, or vary any of these Terms and Conditions, at its reasonable discretion.

The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, including eligibility, the conduct of the draw, and the determination of the winner, shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the Prize.

By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
