Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) Updates

YOUR WELL-BEING IS OUR PRIORITY

Dear Valued Customer,

It has been a trying time for us as a nation but I'm heartened by our shared resolve and empathy as we move into Phase 2 of Singapore's reopening. In that spirit, we too look forward to welcoming you into our showrooms and after-sales facilities from 19 June.

My team and I would like to assure you that the safety and well-being of all customers and staff will continue to remain our top priority during this period. Our sales and service centre colleagues will strictly adhere to mandated safe management measures in all aspects of our operations, allowing us to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for you.

At the same time, our commitment to deliver enhanced digital services as part of the Suzuki purchase journey remains resolute as we go beyond our physical spaces. Part of these digital initiatives include our contactless payment programmes and our soon-to-be-launched virtual showrooms, which are designed to elevate our customer experience.

Once again, thank you for your continued trust and we look forward to seeing you again.

Yours sincerely,

Jasmmine Wong
CEO of Singapore and Greater China
